The Casström No. 3 Dangler XL with an extra wide belt loop (6.3 cm) is an accessory that will make your knife hang further from the waist, allowing you to move easily and freely and making handling more comfortable.

Many customers requested an extended belt loop so that the knife is easily accessible even when wearing a jacket or a large backpack with a hip belt. With the long loop, it is also easy to sit down without the knife getting in the way. When the sheath hangs, it can bend at the height of the hip joint, allowing the knife to smoothly follow the movement of your leg - you can run, climb, and bend almost without noticing the knife.

The D-ring is also designed as a carabiner, opening up many new functions and applications. You can simply fold the knife without having to unfasten the belt. The D-ring is made of sturdy aluminum with a thickness of 8 mm, and in breaking tests, its strength exceeded 400 kg, meaning you can use it for a variety of purposes, such as hanging equipment, pulling an animal, or anchoring a leash for a dog. It can also be used to hang a tarp or hammocks.

The belt loop is made of strong 3 mm thick, vegetable-tanned cowhide.

Please note that the D-ring should not be used for climbing, as a bad fall can create forces exceeding 400 kg, even if the person is not heavy.
