The Work Sharp Precision Adjust sharpening system can be set to any angle from 15 to 30 degrees. Unlike typical systems that have multiple holes to select the desired angle, the Precision Adjust has an adjustment screw to set your chosen angle. If you want to add another degree or two, simply turn the adjustment screw.

The knife clamps are designed to securely and carefully hold your knife. It is clamped by jaws that have a layer of rubber between the knife and the clamp. This prevents both blade scratching and a tighter grip. You don't need any additional tools or equipment to clamp the blade into the jaws. You can loosen or tighten the jaws with the clamping knob. One major advantage over typical sharpening systems is that once the knife is clamped in the jaws, you can easily flip it to the other side and continue sharpening.

This adjustable Precision Adjust sharpening system includes 3 stones built into a rotating rod. The first is a coarse diamond (grit 320) that can be used for dull or damaged knives. The medium diamond (grit 600) refines the cutting edge, and the fine ceramic stone gives your knife a very fine edge. To change the grit of the sharpening, simply rotate the sharpening rod and select the desired grit.

Removing the guide rod is easy, as it is firmly held in place by a magnet, so you don't have to waste time disassembling anything. Remember to clean the sharpening system and stones thoroughly after each job.
