Spyderco 204CBN Triangle Sharpmaker Cubic Boron Nitride Rods Set of 2

This is a set of steel triangular grinding rods, coated with a binder and then coated with cubic boron nitride particles. Cubic boron nitride is second in hardness to diamond. The grinding rods have resistance to wear, abrasion, and thermal conductivity compared to common abrasives such as silicon carbide and aluminum oxide. Extremely hard abrasives are recommended if you want to remove material or reshape the cutting edge profile. When using these rods, proceed gently, as excessive pressure will remove particles from the steel triangles more quickly.
