The WUSTHOF Classic Ikon ham knife with a length of 16 cm is a versatile helper in the kitchen, capable of handling anything. For example, peeling and slicing fruits and vegetables, portioning meat, slicing ham, and other tasks. Its dimensions make it an indispensable piece in your kitchen.

Similar to other knife series from WUSTHOF, this range also has blades made of X50CrMoV15 steel. This stainless steel can withstand anything it encounters in the kitchen, holds the edge excellently, and is also easy to maintain. Just a few strokes with a sharpener or honing steel, and the knife is ready again.

The transition between the blade and the handle is designed to protect your fingers while allowing you to sharpen and use the full length of the blade.
